piece of advice, it is based on a familiar pattern that can be changed
depending on one's desire. For some, it is also believed that eating at
night takes away your sleep. This is even more laughable than
explainable.
OVEREATING
Another myth you will probably hear
whenever the topic on eating at night is brought up is the idea that it
is a way of overeating. For one who is trying to lose weight, this
thought can quickly change your perception about eating in the night.
Overeating is truly a bad habit that can be practiced at any time of the
day i.e. at breakfast, when having your lunch or when eating your
dinner.

from and what other option is available. In most cases, these night

at night is not bad as long as you are monitoring the amount of
calories you are taking and the type of minerals gained. Go for
